What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Sale items are considered final sale.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via UPS or USPS usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer local pickup in Winnetka?

Yes! If you are local to Winnetka, Illinois, you can select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your items during our regular business hours at no extra charge.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us at the shop immediately. Once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer modify the order.
